In many ways this site is an ongoing journey, just like life itself it will evolve over time and become what it will be.
It is, however, a personal journey of where I have come from to where I am now, where I’m going and everything in-between. It’s an honest, gentle, introspective view on life, shaped and created by the outdoors that I love so much.
I spend a large percentage of my time outdoors, both through work and certainly through pleasure. As an amateur photographer I do capture these moments, be that whilst out running, hiking, biking or in the sea. It’s these moments I would like to share with you all. They are the moments that keep me grounded, happy and alive and in many ways I hope they can help you too.
Metal health struggles have been real over the years and at times I may reference these on this journey. I have no shame in talking about them, they are part of life and most certainly part of mine. It may, however, not be for everyone so I will endeavour to post a trigger warning within the post should it be necessary. In reality though, is this is a gentle and light-hearted site smattered with images that have evoked a moment of stillness within my noisy mind, during my “in the wild” experiences.
